Sweats & Fleece 290g/m² and over wholesale and retail

Our collection primarily features high-quality cotton and polyester blends, often in a 50/50 or 80/20 ratio. These blends are chosen for their balance of softness, warmth, and durability. For instance, many of our Gildan and Radsow products utilize a 270g/m2 to 280g/m2 heavy blend fabric that provides a brushed fleece interior for superior heat retention. This composition ensures the garments remain comfortable for daily wear while resisting pilling and maintaining their shape after frequent washing. The use of ring-spun cotton in brands like AWDis further enhances the smoothness of the fabric, making it an excellent surface for various customization techniques.

Yes, our blank sweats and fleece are specifically designed with customization in mind. Many items, such as those from Fruit of the Loom, feature Belcoro yarn or high-stitch density surfaces that provide a cleaner and more stable area for screen printing, DTG, and embroidery. The smooth fabric face of our 280gsm hoodies ensures that intricate logos and designs adhere perfectly. Additionally, features like hidden zippers in certain AWDis models allow for large, uninterrupted chest prints. Whether you are creating uniforms for a sports club or promotional gear for a marketing agency, these garments provide a professional-grade canvas for your branding needs.

We offer a diverse range of styles to suit any preference or requirement. Special technical details such as double-lined hoods, matching drawcords, and ribbed Lycra cuffs are standard across many of our premium brands, ensuring that style never comes at the expense of functionality or comfort.
